Just a year older

Over the weekend I went drinking with Toshi (Mr. Tokyo Drift) Eric (Mr. XS Engeneering) & Moto (the oyaji of Drift Association). This was a tradition we had back since '99. since Erics B-day is June 16th, My B-day 13th. we always celebrated it at Cha Cha's with close friends. well, more than 5 years later, many things changed, we grew older. sucessful in our ventures but something don't change.......

All in all it was a good night, Eric passed out. we all got F*&%ed up got to hang out with my old pal's from way back.

Fathers Day

on Fathers Day, my daughter (Quinnie) and I went to Oxnard to Jim Halls Kart racing school. she had a great time! I was very impressed with the course and the carts, they go pretty quickly!


they taught her about the course line, how to find the racing line. were to hit the apex.... alot of stuff, I was very impressed....
it was a all day course and she came out with a certificate and we had alot of fun...! she still have 6 more years before she can legally drive but she already knows how to race!

Formula D Chicago

Chicago round 4 of Formula D drift event. the only one we done in a parking lot, so it's kinda hard. uneven pavement makes it very hard on entry. but all the drivers did great. we bearly had any crashes. I credit it to good course designing... thanks to the judges... hint hint...

luckly it didn't rain... but it was very very cloth. this is a shot from the judges stand. it was very windy!


it was a packed crowed, twice as much as last year!

Dinner at Hugo's Frog Bar in downtown. They have the BEST Steaks in Chicago and I have the bill to prove it...

today I went golfing with acouple of my good friends over at Alhambra.
Hiro Sumida, Noto, me, RJ & Dai.
we all sucked expect Hiro, he played before and it showed....
RJ & Jerry have the right ideal: if your going to suck at least look good...!

At the end of the day it was a good game. Klay from K Factory jumped in afterwards, but he always runs late. good times!!!
